Colloquia about Board Games
April 21-25, 2002. Board Games in Academia Colloquium V in Barcelona
The International Colloquium on 'Board Games in Academia' invites
all scholars interested in games research to
submit articles, in particular those scholars who utilise board
games in their specific disciplines. The Colloquium intends to discuss
the role of board games in academic research and will try to
enhance the multi-disciplinary co-operation in games
research.
This colloquium will be held in the Escola Universitŕria de Treball
Social (Social Work School), near the centre of the city.
The organization has the support of the Universitat Ramon Llull and the
Fundació Pere Tarrés.
Last colloquium was in Fribourg, April 17-21, 2001.
Le Colloque international 'Board Games in Academia' invite tous les chercheurs intéressés par la recherche sur les jeux ŕ soumettre des articles, en particulier ceux qui abordent les jeux de pions dans leur discipline propre. Le Colloque a pour but de discuter le rôle des jeux de pions dans la recherche universitaire et d'approfondir la collaboration interdisciplinaire dans la recherche sur les jeux de pions. Le Colloque se tiendra ŕ l'Escola Universitŕria de Treball Social (École universitaire du Travail social), prčs du centre-ville. L'organisation a le soutien de l'Université Ramon Llull et de la Fundació Pere Tarrés. Le précédent colloque s'est tenu ŕ Fribourg, du 17 au 21 avril 2001. Voir son site web.
